The Web application at could not be found. Verify that you have typed the URL correctly. If the URL should be serving existing content, the system administrator may need to add a ew request URL mapping to the intended application

Extraño error,extraña solucion. Despues de indagar un poco (googoliando) la solucion es compilar la apliccion a 64x. !!!! Increible, pero cierto y asi de facil.

Estamos confusos algunas cosas no funcionan por tenerlas a 64x y otras no funionan por tenerlas a 32x.
